We are the data controller for the personal data we collect and process about you when you visit our website, fill out one of our forms, or become a client.

Contact and lead data (via forms on Scorecard, Audit, Setup, etc.)

  • Details about your Meta Ads account/performance that you provide voluntarily

Communication and email data

  • Email address

  • Email open and click behavior

  • Segmentation based on your behavior in our funnel

Payment data (via Stripe)

  • Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — only transaction ID, amount, and date.

Website and advertising data (via Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and similar tools)

  • IP address (anonymized/truncated where possible)

  • Cookie and device identifiers

  • Page views, clicks, and conversion events

  • Referral source (e.g. which ad you clicked)

Internal CRM data

4. Who we share data with

We use data processors to deliver our services, including for:

  • Website hosting

  • Forms and lead collection

  • Automation between systems

  • Email marketing

  • Payment processing

  • Advertising and conversion tracking

  • Internal CRM

All processors are bound by a data processing agreement in accordance with GDPR Art. 28. Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where this occurs, the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the provider's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for:

  • Lead data with no subsequent client relationship: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized

  • Client data: for the duration of the client relationship + 5 years (Danish Bookkeeping Act requirement)

  • Email marketing: until you unsubscribe, or up to 24 months after your last activity

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Have inaccurate data corrected

  • Have data deleted ("right to be forgotten")

  • Object to processing, including direct marketing

  • Restrict processing

  • Data portability

  • Withdraw consent at any time
